Andrew Munganga founded Impact Center for Policy Research after being inspired by organizations like Atlas Network and Students For Liberty. Observing a gap in policy research grounded in classical liberal principles in Zambia, he established this organization to address the need. Andrew holds a BA in Peace and Conflict from Rusangu University and is currently pursuing an MA in Human Security and Sustainable Development. He has volunteered for several organizations, including African Students For Liberty, where he has held many top leadership positions. He also specializes in Communications and Marketing. Additionally, Andrew holds a certificate in Public Policy and Project Management from the University of Zambia and is an alumnus of the New Intellectuals Network, the John Galt school and the prestigious Prometheus Fellowship Program
